The Perfect Sauce for Pasta
We love with short pastas such as our Orecchiette di Puglia, for a true taste of the region. Also great with naturally coloured Galetti sei Sapori for a fun alternative. Ricotta Salata works fantastically with tomato sauces and we recommend that here, but you wont go wrong with some Pecorino Romano, Grana Padano or the classic Parmigiano Reggiano.
