Our truffles are from our long time producer of over 25 years and are based in Piemonte, home to many hazelnuts based confections. These are sweet treats like no other, and very different from a normal perception of truffles. The hazelnuts are coarsely ground leaving them not only visible, in the soft yet crumbling texture, but giving the truffle little pearls of crunchiness in every bite.
